The Use of Simple Practice
How to get started!
Blue Water Health uses Simple Practice as a third party for scheduling virtual appointments, on-boarding consent forms, attending therapy sessions virtually, and client payment portal.
To begin, select the "Get Started" button on the home page or at the bottom of this page and complete the questionnaire. Once submitted, I will contact you by phone within 48 hours for a brief initial consultation. If I am a good fit for you, I can schedule your appointment during the consultation. Shortly after, you will receive an email from Blue Water Health (via Simple Practice) to begin the on-boarding process.
Simple Practice will have you create a username and password to access the patient portal. This portal allows you to complete the intake paperwork needed prior to our first session.
