Hi, I’m Casandra! I’m a licensed clinical social worker and the heart behind Blue Water Health. My journey in social work started at Wayne State University, where I earned my Bachelor’s in 2015 and my Master’s in 2016. Over the past decade, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life—kids, teens, and adults—helping them navigate life’s messier moments in schools, youth programs, and long-term care settings. I’m also a Certified Dementia Practitioner, which means I help families and individuals facing a dementia diagnosis find their footing in what can feel like unfamiliar territory.
Therapy with me isn’t about clinical jargon or just nodding along—I believe in real conversations. Sometimes that means using humor to lighten the load, sometimes it’s about cutting through the noise to find what truly matters, and always, it’s about creating a space where you feel heard and supported. Life throws a lot at us—anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, self-doubt, big life transitions, and everything in between. I’m here to help you make sense of it, learn from the past, and move forward with confidence.
If you're looking for a therapist who keeps it real, brings warmth to the tough stuff, and genuinely cares about helping you build the life you want, we might be a good fit. Let’s figure this out together.
